- Builders must comply with RedTrain’s Builder’s Checklist and complete all requirements in the Fibre Installation Form.
- Your builder performing work on the premises is required to complete the ACMA TCA-1 form which is compulsory.
- Once the fibre installation is completed, customers can contact Ascensa to get connected to the internet.
