Redtrain advises that their upstream provider is experiencing an unplanned outage, this has resulted in the service disruption to customers connected to the Pakenham FTTx exchange. Redtrain engineers are working with their upstream partners to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Currently still no ETR provided by our carrier Redtrain Networks.

Redtrain advises that Upstream engineers have since attended site to assist with the fault elimation process. Testing indicates a potential optic fibre issue. Fibre repair technicians have now been engaged and dispatched to assist with the issue. Currently there is still no ETR provided by our carrier Redtrain Networks.
